Examples of his recent client work include:

  • delivering a tech-enabled commercial transformation program for a top-five pharma company, building an AI platform and engine to optimize physician engagement across channels. This included leading the team that designed, built, and rolled out the AI platform and a new commercial operating model for regional and market teams across the US, EU, and Asian markets, leading to 5 to 10 percent market growth across 40+ brands and markets
  • creating a first-in-industry approach using gen AI for commercial and medical content creation, including agentic end-to-end automation and decision support, from physician micro-segmentation to personalized gen AI content creation to semi-automated medical legal review. The combination of advanced analytics, agentic workflow automation, and gen AI content creation and review delivered over 70 percent cost efficiency, accelerated cycle time for new content from months to days, and—with AI-optimized physician engagement—led to 7 percent market growth
  • delivering a program for a leading bank on AI-supported transaction monitoring and fraud detection, including data processing for enhanced customer network mapping and transaction assessment, machine learning models for risk assessment, and rewiring processes and tooling for the bank’s risk team
  • supporting a pharma R&D transformation accelerating drug development processes through tech- and AI-enabled decision support, including protocol optimization, global clinical site selection, and trial management. This included leading the team that designed and built the tech foundations (data, AI, and a suite of user applications) and redesigned the processes for R&D teams to leverage this new technology. The program delivered millions in annual cost efficiency and an estimated billion-dollar net present value through accelerated time to market
