  • developing growth strategies for firms in sectors such as consumer electronics, professional services, travel, transportation, and logistics
  • transforming frontline operations, including commercial topics like small customer channel optimization for a food distributor, pricing optimization for a housebuilder, and operations topics like frontline productivity for maintenance technicians at a trucking company
  • directing functional diagnostics and transformations on topics such as procurement, core technology, digital and analytics, and people and organization

Tom lives with his wife and two sons in Florida, where he can frequently be found on the beach or cheering on the Miami Hurricanes football team.
