Senthil is the global colead for McKinsey’s Service Operations Practice with a mandate across all sectors. Prior to that he was the global colead for the IT services industry work. He advises clients primarily in the technology and industrials sectors (software, hardware, services, industrials). His area of expertise is focused on driving enterprise transformations (modernization, growth, productivity) with a particular focus on service-based businesses.

He has deep expertise in B2B services transformations through his client service across markets in North America, Western Europe, and India. As part of this work, Senthil helps executives modernize their current service operations, serving both business customers and consumers. He has been based out of our Boston office since 2006. Senthil is also a board member for the Boston Youth Symphony Orchestra.
