Roger has more than 24 years of experience in the banking, asset management, and insurance industries. Since joining McKinsey in 2001, he has served banks, broker-dealers, market makers, insurance companies, hedge funds, asset managers, and data providers.

Examples of Roger’s recent client work include:

  • leading multiple strategy projects with US and international banks, wealth and asset managers, market makers, and data and analytics providers
  • partnering on performance to improve existing businesses or build new businesses for leading US and international banks, P&C insurers, asset managers, and market markers
  • developing operating model and HR strategies for leading US and international banks, asset managers, data and analytics providers, and market makers
  • engaging in technology, data, and analytics strategies for leading US and international banks, wealth and asset managers, and data and analytics providers in M&A and post-merger management
  • supporting five major banks across various aspects of risk management and regulatory remediation

Roger currently coleads our People and Organizational Performance Practice for financial institutions in North America. Before that, he coled our Corporate & Investment Banking Practice globally for seven years.
