Paul is the global co-leader of McKinsey Business Building and helps organizations across industries develop new digital ventures and improve performance of existing businesses through digital transformation. He brings extensive experience leading digital transformations for global companies with high aspirations, including those in banking, insurance, entertainment, retail, agriculture, and travel. By advising clients, Paul helps leading companies stay ahead of the competition by building capabilities and creating seamless digital experiences for customers.
Recent examples of Paul’s work include the following:
- helping to build and launch a new business venture in the agriculture market
- leading a digital transformation for a large financial institution, which included digitization of all core end-to-end customer journeys, launching new digital propositions, and driving digital adoption across the customer franchise
- supporting a real-estate company as it built a new digital experience that reinvented the journey for both customers and brokers
- helping an expedition cruise company build and launch frictionless digital B2B platform to address all agent needs and scale it globally
- supporting a fitness-industry group’s home fitness business build, including creating a new brand, developing customer content, designing and building the physical hardware, and finding the talent required to launch and grow the new business
- rebuilding the digital-sales omnichannel platform for an airline
- supporting a bank in the European market as it expanded its developmental and IT operations platform and focused on innovation while adopting cloud services
