Paul is a partner in McKinsey’s London office and colead of our Energy Solutions team. He leads large-scale transformation programs spanning operations, technology, and sustainability topics. With deep experience in the energy and technology sectors, Paul has held industry and advisory roles across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Australasia.

Examples of Paul’s recent work include:

  • transforming the upstream business of a major global oil and gas company
  • leading a technology review for a mid-cap European energy company
  • leading a series of decarbonization reviews and setting net-zero plans for energy company portfolios
  • supporting the ten-year growth strategy for a Middle Eastern energy services company
  • leading global operations benchmarks across 500+ oil and gas assets focusing on production operations, subsurface, logistics, and organizational performance
  • developing an energy-transition roadmap for an international bank’s energy portfolio

Before joining McKinsey, Paul worked for a global energy-technology company, where he held various advisory, operations, and acquisition and divestiture roles.
