Naveen Sastry is a Senior Partner in the Silicon Valley office and a global co-lead of the software and tech practice which includes all AI, technology, hardware, SaaS, and ISV companies globally. He was previously head of the digital service line (analytics, core technology, digital) and office for the Western United States. In the past, he has served clients across industries (cloud, manufacturing, software, AI, utilitiy, oil/gas) on all types of software topics: developing digital offerings, software revenue optimization, big deals & go to market, pricing.

Naveen is a member of the McKinsey Global Institute Council, advising MGI research on global economic, business, and technology trends.

He holds an advanced degree in computer science from the University of California, Berkeley, where he focused his studies on computer security in IOT and voting machines. His research was integral to improvements made in the IEEE standards for personal-area networks and strengthening the data security of the voting machines used by the state of California. He was previously the data and systems architect for a bond-trading platform used by major investment banks and hedge funds.
