Megha is a senior partner at McKinsey and is the Global co-leader of Payments

Recently, Megha has partnered with a large UK Retail bank to define and deliver a 3 year transformation, delivering market share gains of 5pp in Affluent, Youth and Family segments, 97% digital sales. Megha also led a multi-year partnership with a large European bank (alongside CEO of Retail and Private bank) to deliver $50bn+ AUM book growth and launch new Affluent proposition, including 10+ surveys and interview rounds with 10,000+ customers, launching multiple marketing campaigns, working with regulators to scale UK’s first Hybrid advise journey, improving Advisor productivity.

Megha also led 2030 Future Vision of payments with Bank of England (BOE) across topics of Access to cash, Liability strategy, Fraud prevention and Regulation in face of disruption and rise of digital payments and 2020/ 21 Covid support scheme for HMT to provide instant support to investment grade Large Corporates through CCFF (COVID Corporate Financing Facilities); disbursing upwards of £70bn of credit facilities

Megha holds a degree in chemical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT). Prior to joining the firm, Megha worked at Capital One and HBOS as Sr Manager and Travelex as the Global director of digital transformation. Megha also sits on the Board of Trustees at Blood Cancer UK.
