Megha is a senior partner in McKinsey’s London office. She is the global coleader of our payments work and the leader of our UK, Ireland & Israel banking work. She works with leaders across retail banking and payments to set strategy, accelerate growth, and deliver large-scale transformations that improve customer outcomes, economics, and execution speed.

Her client work spans end to end transformation programs for major banks, including proposition-led growth, omnichannel distribution and servicing, and digital sales acceleration. She supports payments and merchant solutions providers as they expand internationally and scale product and commercial capabilities. She also helps institutions build advanced analytics and AI into their core decisioning and operating rhythms across pricing, retention, and cross sell.

Before joining McKinsey, Megha held leadership roles at Travelex, Lloyds Banking Group, and Capital One. She holds a degree in chemical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology. She serves as a trustee and board member for Blood Cancer UK and has supported initiatives focused on financial inclusion and advancing female entrepreneurship in the UK.
