Maurice is a senior partner in McKinsey’s New York office. He is primarily focused on companies and institutions with strong ties to New York. His recent work spans travel, consumer, private equity, construction, health, and government.

In addition to advising senior executives in the private sector, Maurice leads McKinsey’s impact agenda in the New York metropolitan area (e.g., convening CEOs, publishing, and social impact, in addition to our client service in the region).

Maurice is a sought-after mentor and sponsor of talent at McKinsey. In addition to supporting his clients, Maurice serves on several boards in New York City, including The High Line, The Citizens Budget Commission, The LGBT Center, Rethink Food, and Perelman Performing Arts Center (PAC NYC). He is also a board member at the Congressional Award and a former fellow at the Partnership for New York City and the Council on Foreign Relations.
