She is currently based in Riyadh after spending a decade in McKinsey's London office, where she advised leaders in the industrial, infrastructure, and mining sectors on enterprise strategy and large-scale operational transformation. Marie leads advanced industries work in EEMA and is recognized for translating industrial ambitions into executable strategies and localization roadmaps, as well as operationally sound businesses with a focus on digital operations, including gen AI applications. She is an expert in operational value creation, particularly in procurement, supply chain, and product development. She is also a committed people leader, passionate about capability building and inclusion, and leads multiple women in operations and broader people initiatives.
