Kevin is a partner in the London office, leading M&A work across the UK, Ireland, and Benelux. He is a globally recognized M&A advisor with nearly 20 years of experience with McKinsey. He supports companies in achieving lasting performance improvements and sustainable growth by guiding them through M&A strategy definition, integration, separation, and transformation.
At McKinsey, Kevin has successfully led over 70 integrations and separations across Europe, the US, the Middle East, and Asia, supporting deals ranging from $200 million to $100 billion. His extensive experience spans multiple industries, including industrials, oil & gas, mining, chemicals, energy, consumer goods, and logistics. Kevin is known for his ability to deliver high-impact value from complex M&A deals and effectively manage culture and operating model transformations, driving long-term company health.
Kevin holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a master’s and bachelor’s degree in business engineering from the University of Antwerp. He is fluent in Dutch and English, and conversant in French. Outside of McKinsey, Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters and is a big sports fan.
