Kevin is a senior partner and the global coleader of McKinsey’s CFO and finance excellence service offering. He previously served as a founding member of McKinsey’s Transformation Practice and as a member of its global operating committee. With more than 25 years of experience, Kevin has helped clients around the world reshape their organizations to deliver long-term, sustainable results.

Throughout his career, Kevin has served as a trusted adviser to executive teams, boards of directors, and other key stakeholders, specializing in guiding companies through periods of change, including CEO and CFO transitions. His extensive experience encompasses strategy, corporate finance, private equity, and business turnarounds. Kevin has also held several other senior leadership roles across McKinsey, including helping build and scale the Transformation, Consumer, and Healthcare Practices. His broad perspective is enriched by his tenure in interim executive roles such as chief transformation officer and chief restructuring officer, covering a multitude of industries around the globe.

Passionate about developing the next generation of leaders, Kevin serves as a senior adviser to the Beyond the Dome and BTDx leadership programs at the University of Notre Dame, to the Center for Principled Leadership and Strategy at Western Michigan University, and to Harvard Business School’s Executive Leadership Program.
