  • guiding the transformation of multiple banks across geographies by designing and implementing new, more effective ways of working across business and support units
  • directing a digital-focused transformation for several telecommunications companies to enhance customer experience and build organizational speed
  • redesigning the operating model, structure, and capabilities for multiple insurance companies to drive performance
  • leading the redesign of an airline’s operating model to increase its speed and customer-centricity
