Jason works with clients across the healthcare industry, focusing on medical technology and providers while also working closely with payers, intermediaries, service providers, and governments.
He leads Leap by McKinsey work for the healthcare sector and has helped clients bring disruptive, digital health innovations to market. His recent projects include creating new digital-sales channels, launching artificial-intelligence-enabled medical-technology products, and building software to improve the continuity of patient care.
In addition, Jason works across a range of growth topics, including portfolio management, product development, product management, pricing, and sales-force strategy.
Before joining McKinsey, Jason completed a doctoral thesis that examined the structure of social networks and their impact on individual voting behavior.
