He has deep expertise in the semiconductor value chain, especially related to material supply chains, and has led recent industry perspectives on how to create resilient supply options for materials globally.

  • supporting the end-to-end growth transformation of a leading material science company to deliver a step-change in stock price performance over 12 months
  • leading an industry study with 20 chemicals and materials companies in the semiconductor industry on how to scale up resilient global supply chains
  • developing an AI adoption roadmap for the R&D organization of a leading chemicals company to accelerate innovation by 30 to 40 percent and improve outcomes
