  • increasing a gas equipment manufacturer’s overall business margin by 8 percentage points through growth and cost-out efforts, doubling backlog sales and achieving 18 percent cost-out on mature product lines
  • leading an aerospace OEM’s growth and margin transformation of its aftermarket arm, achieving a 70 percent uplift in revenue and 130 percent EBIT improvement within three years
  • helping a life sciences equipment manufacturer undergo a two-year margin expansion program for its services arm, achieving a more than 50 percent margin expansion over three years
