- partnering with a leading electric power company to transform multiple business areas using AI, delivering more than $200 million in EBITDA impact
- designing and launching an enterprise AI hub-and-spoke model for a leading US utility, establishing the governance, operating model, and capabilities required to scale AI across the organization
- helping a large energy company prioritize and scale a portfolio of AI initiatives across operations and support functions, accelerating value capture while reducing complexity and duplication
- designing the data, technology, and operating-model foundations required for enterprise-wide AI deployment at a leading industrial company
