Helps leaders unlock the full potential of organizations by rethinking how people, teams, and systems create value and evolve

About Carmen

Carmen partners with CEOs, executive teams, and leaders to rethink how organizations create value and how leadership needs to evolve in a more complex and rapidly changing world. She primarily serves life sciences and social-sector organizations.

Her work is grounded in a simple question: What would it take to unlock more of the potential already within the organization?

Carmen helps leaders move beyond traditional approaches to management and transformation by changing the conditions in which work gets done. This includes clarifying what matters most (e.g., north star, customer outcomes), distributing decision-making, strengthening collaboration, and creating faster cycles of action, learning, and evolution.

She also works with leaders on the human side of organizational change: how leaders show up, how they create the conditions for trust and accountability, and how they enable people and teams to bring more of their energy, judgment, and ideas to the work.

Examples of her recent work include:

  • helping global life sciences organizations evolve operating models around customers, products, and value-creating teams
  • working with executive teams to bring clarity to strategic imperatives, set direction, enable teams, and support better decisions and faster learning
  • helping organizations integrate AI into new ways of working, including how leadership, decision-making, teams, and workflows evolve alongside the technology
  • coaching leaders through significant strategic and organizational change, helping them navigate uncertainty while creating the conditions for people and teams to do their best work
