Specializes in helping companies tackle operational challenges across the advanced-industries sector

Brooke Daniels is a partner in McKinsey’s Advanced Industries and Operations practices, where she helps industrial and distribution clients deliver large-scale impact through operations, procurement, and AI-enabled transformations—including M&A integration, diagnostics, and implementation. Brooke brings an operator’s perspective to translating strategy into execution, helping companies capture value at scale and build the capabilities required for sustained growth. She also co-leads McKinsey’s Industrial Distribution Practice in North America.

Examples of Brooke’s recent client work include the following:

  • supporting a $20 billion industry-shaping merger of two industrial-distribution companies
  • leading a $100 million multi-year commercial, procurement, and G&A transformation for an international distributor of electronic products
  • driving a multi-wave category management transformation for a leading industrial distributor
  • orchestrating a $200 million procurement transformation that unlocked significant cost savings and operational efficiencies for a global construction and equipment manufacturer
  • building and scaling a new business at a fast-growing technology company

Before joining McKinsey, Brooke held executive roles at high-growth technology companies, where she built and scaled new businesses with full P&L responsibility—experience that informs her ability to help clients translate strategy into execution at scale. She began her career as an investment banking analyst at Lehman Brothers.

She holds a JD and MBA from Harvard University and is a member of the New York State Bar.
