You will be responsible for planning and managing calendars, coordinating and updating daily appointments, and using your discretion to make decisions in the absence of direct instructions. 
You will handle complex itineraries, exercising sound judgment to assess potential impacts on priorities, identify conflicts or risks, and make necessary adjustments. You will proactively anticipate and ensure seamless travel arrangements, which are often intricate and require a high degree of flexibility. Additionally, you will provide administrative support by promptly filing timesheets and expenses, while maintaining the utmost confidentiality.
You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships both within the firm and with client offices. Your approach will be energetic, proactive, and positive, with a readiness to support other teams and colleagues as needed. You will serve as a backup for colleagues during their absence, ensuring their responsibilities are covered. Beyond your core duties, you are expected to actively participate in and volunteer for team, office, and firm events or meetings.
You will be based in one of our offices in India and you will manage all administrative matters of the leadership of the firm and work with our consultancy office.
The role entails providing secretarial and administrative support, with a 6 months probation period.
