(Senior) Recruiter - Experienced Professionals, Europe


You will be based in our Amsterdam, Lisbon, Madrid, Cologne, Munich, or Wroclaw office as part of our experienced professional hub dedicated to providing the highest level of client and candidate service. 

You’ll have the opportunity to partner with multiple internal clients across Europe to scope out requirements, leverage the expertise and support of other recruiting colleagues as well as interact with candidates, consulting them on new, exciting and rewarding careers across multiple pathways and a broad variety of roles.

You will develop talent management strategies to help identify, attract and assess candidates for hiring needs.

In this role, you will need to understand talent needs across different clients and work with their leadership to determine hiring targets, develop profiles and specifications and identify and recommend improvement opportunities. 

You will plan, coordinate and drive hiring activities. You’ll be responsible for the full life cycle by turning profile requirements into an effective sourcing strategy, using an appropriate combination of direct sourcing, posting and referrals to approach, attract and develop candidate interest. You’ll then work hand in hand with candidates and internal clients guiding them through our process. 

You will be involved and responsible for broader value-add projects. You will develop and share best practices and work with other recruiters to coordinate ongoing activities and events. 

There is flexibility to hire at recruiter or senior recruiter level depending on experience.

  • University Degree
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience and highly developed executive search skills; there is flexibility to hire at the senior level depending on experience
  • Deep knowledge of modern recruiting strategies
  • Experience working in a fast-paced recruiting environment with the ability to take initiative with little direction
  • High level of entrepreneurship and creativity
  • Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in English
